Can some of the goods be delivered to my address and some to another?

When you order from IndigoSilk, you can choose to have all the items in your order delivered to yourself, to another address, or send them to multiple addresses. Simply select your preferred option during the checkout process.

What are the delivery options?

IndigoSilk currently only deliver online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands). If you would like us to deliver elsewhere, please call us at IndigoSilk on +44(0) 1620 829 728. You must choose a delivery option for each address you would like us to deliver to.

UK delivery options (orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)

Option One - Next Day (AM)
Delivery by 1 pm the following working day. Orders must be placed by 12 noon.

Option Two - Next Day
Delivery the following working day. Orders must be placed by 12 noon.
£5.75

Option Three - Standard
Delivery within 2-5 working days.

Option Four - Saturday (AM) Delivery
Saturday by 12 noon.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

IndigoSilk currently only accepts and delivers online orders from and to UK address (excluding the Channel Islands). If you would like us to deliver elsewhere, please call IndigoSilk on +44(0) 1620 829 728 (Monday-Friday 10.00 - 6.00) and we'll take your order over the phone and advise you on the cost of delivery etc.

When do I have to order to qualify for next day delivery?

UK mainland orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for both next day delivery options, and the following day for standard delivery. Please allow one additional working day for deliveries to off-shore islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are excluded as normal working days.

Can I track the delivery status of my order?

At the moment you are unable to track the status of your order online but would encourage you to contact us at IndigoSilk +44(0) 1620 829 728 (Monday-Friday 10.00 - 6.00) or email us at info@indigosilk.co.uk and we can check advise you of the status of your delivery.

Will I have to sign for delivery?

Yes. If you are not there to sign for your delivery, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. However, to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order with a neighbour or "hidden" at the address.

What should I do if I think my order is late?

If you believe your order is late and you have not yet received a card from the delivery company, call us on +44(0) 1620 829 728 (Monday-Friday 10.00 - 6.00) or email us on info@indigosilk.co.uk and we will follow it up on your behalf. However, before you call, please read your order confirmation email to check the delivery options you chose for your order and the time you placed your order as they must be placed before 12 noon - any orders placed after that will be classed as if they were placed the next day. If you have received a card from the delivery company it should have a telephone number that you can call to arrange an alternative delivery.

I haven't received all the items I ordered - what should I do?

Please check the dispatch note that accompanies each parcel. If you still believe items are missing from your order, please call us on +44(0) 1620 829 728 (Monday-Friday 10.00 - 6.00) or email us on info@indigosilk.co.uk to inform us of the missing items.
