IndigoSilk was launched in August 2006, and initially operated from offices in St.Colme Street, Edinburgh, and brought together all the therapies and beliefs Jilly had been practicing under one umbrella. Her aim was to provide a peaceful environment in which people could relax, re-vitalise, and also find out a little more about themselves through colour.
Since then, IndigoSilk has moved on. Jilly spent a year working from the lovely, peaceful offices of Medicalternative, a GP and complementary centre, in Edinburgh's magical Dean Village. However, now works from her beautiful rural home, near Haddington in East Lothian. The surroundings and energy there are just right for the type of work she does, and many who have visited come back again and again.
Jilly is a fully qualified colour therapist, Aura-Soma© Practitioner, colour counsellor and healer, as well as being a registered Diana Cooper Angel Teacher. She is currently studying colour acupuncture, and crystal therapy.
Jilly has a very heightened awareness of colour energy around people, and can use this along with her sharp intuition, to help people not only find out about their true purpose in this life, but pinpoint the present challenges in their lives, the reason for that challenge and how it is best for them to move forward. She enjoys giving card and bottle readings, and can accurately tell you a lot of things about yourself, just by your colour choices. You don’t even need to be present for some of the consultations!
Emotional blocks can be re-balanced, through various methods, such as colour breathing, crystals, visualisations, affirmations, meditation, diet, essential oils, light therapy or chakra balancing for example.
People come to Jilly, from many different walks of life, and for many different reasons, but generally because they are at a cross-roads in their life, and they need to find a bit of direction, discover their reason for being, and get some focus in their lives.
